Gems of Love

Listening, over a number of years, to Swami’s discourses, a few statements have stood out remarkably like shining gems. Here we share them with you; perhaps one or two will hit home and provide the impetus for your continued transformation.

– “The true offering to a guru is to know yourself.”

– “You have grabbed illusion; illusion has not grabbed you.”

– “You think japa, bhajan, meditation is satsang (company of holy men); true satsang is to be in the company of [the real] Self.”

– “To see bad in good, that is an external orientation; to see good in bad, that is inward orientation. Follow the inward orientation.

– “To live a spiritual life is much easier than to live a worldly life.”

– “God is the witness. Who does all the bad action? We do. God neither punishes nor rewards; we punish and reward ourselves with [the consequences of] our actions.”
